Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a missed appointment fee. If you can’t make your appointment we require adequate time to reallocate, if we do not receive notice, we reserve the right to charge £10 per hour depending on the length of the service booked, for example this can total up to £45 for a 4.5 hour service.
